OVERVIEW

This website, storesnuvora.com (the “Site”), is operated by Floramist LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Storesnuvora (“Storesnuvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of products from Storesnuvora. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order, or you must use the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us promptly at support@storesnuvora.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, prices, photographs, colors, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production variations, and packaging updates may cause minor differences in appearance.

Product descriptions, safety instructions, warnings, compatibility information, and any express warranty displayed on the applicable product page form part of the terms of that purchase.

We may update product information prospectively. Changes will not remove rights or warranties that applied to an order already accepted.

Products are offered subject to availability. Reasonable quantity limits may apply when necessary because of limited inventory, suspected unauthorized resale, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.

  1. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise confirm fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of unavailable inventory, an evident pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

We may contact you to verify an order or request additional information reasonably necessary to process it.

  1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND DUTIES

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and may change before an order is submitted. The price, discount, shipping charge, tax, and total displayed at checkout will control that order, unless there is an evident error that we promptly disclose.

Payment must be made using an available payment method at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or another payment provider, whose applicable payment terms may also apply.

Applicable sales tax, VAT, shipping charges, and other charges collected by us will be displayed at checkout where required.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees. Whether these charges are collected at checkout or upon import will be disclosed where reasonably available. Customers will not be responsible for charges that applicable law requires us to pay.

  1. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND GIFTS

Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and complimentary gifts are subject to the conditions clearly disclosed with the applicable offer.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. Promotional terms will not override rights provided by applicable consumer law or our published Return and Refund Policy.

If a pricing or discount error materially affects an order, we will contact you and allow you to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, charges, processing times, estimated delivery times, customs information, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and provide any cancellation, consent, or refund options required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact support@storesnuvora.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment or shipment.

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered goods.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, cancellations, and return shipping costs are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If these Terms conflict with the Return and Refund Policy on a return or refund issue, the provision that gives the consumer greater protection will apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Any express product warranty displayed on a product page, including a stated six-month limited warranty where offered, will be honored according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

These Terms do not cancel or reduce an express warranty displayed before purchase. They also do not exclude statutory warranties, legal guarantees, or remedies for defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidents after delivery, or failure to follow product instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. SAFE AND LAWFUL PRODUCT USE

You are responsible for reading and following the instructions and warnings supplied with a product.

Do not use a product for an unlawful purpose or in a way that is inconsistent with its intended use, instructions, or safety warnings.

This section does not transfer responsibility for a defective or unsafe product to the customer and does not limit rights available under product-safety or consumer-protection law.

  1. PERMITTED USE OF THE SITE

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes consistent with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Use the Site for fraud, unlawful activity, or unauthorized resale;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or data;

  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or disruptive technology;

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest Site content or personal information through unauthorized automated means;

  • Impersonate another person or submit false payment, identity, review, or account information;

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;

  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.

We may restrict Site access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, fraud, or legal obligations. This will not remove rights relating to an order already accepted.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Floramist LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use Site content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other license is granted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit protected Site content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

  1. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not knowingly false, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading.

You grant Floramist LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and distribute submitted content for operating and promoting Storesnuvora. You retain ownership of your original content.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, contains personal information, is unrelated to the product, is fraudulent, or is otherwise unlawful. We will not require a positive review as a condition of publication and will not materially change the meaning of a customer review.

Any incentive offered for a review must be disclosed as required by law.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site is hosted through Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce technology used to operate the store, but purchases made from Storesnuvora are transactions with Floramist LLC, not with Shopify.

The Site may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, social-media, or other services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control. This does not limit responsibility where applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. PRIVACY

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may be processed directly by Shopify or another payment provider. We do not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details.

  1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical errors, or security incidents may occur.

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or description errors. If a correction materially affects an order already submitted, we will notify you and provide an appropriate opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect obligations relating to accepted orders or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Floramist LLC is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or that were not caused by our breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer remedies, including rights concerning damaged, defective, unsafe, misdescribed, delayed, or undelivered products.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, carrier disruption, government action, labor disruption, major system outage, or similar event.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay, notify affected customers when appropriate, and provide cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using the Site at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or unlawful activity, or create a security risk.

Suspension or termination will not eliminate payment, delivery, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection obligations relating to an accepted order.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, the Site, or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order placed before the change.

If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your habitual residence. You may bring a claim in any court or forum available to you under applicable consumer law.

Before filing a claim, you may contact support@storesnuvora.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. This informal contact is optional and does not shorten any legal deadline or restrict your right to seek legal relief.

Where a dispute may lawfully be required to proceed in Wyoming, the parties consent to the courts with jurisdiction over Sheridan County, Wyoming.

  1. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, the order confirmation, applicable product information, and the policies referenced here form the agreement governing the purchase. Any express warranty or mandatory consumer right remains effective.
